By downloading and using MING, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, we invite you not to use the application. The path is voluntary.

Nature of the App

MING is an entertainment and personal reflection application based on traditional Chinese cosmology (BaZi / the Four Pillars). The content provided serves purposes of inspiration, self-knowledge, and entertainment.

MING does not replace professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Energy interpretations are metaphors for reflection, not deterministic predictions.

Your Account and Content

• Your information is stored locally on your device.
• You are responsible for the content you enter in the Wanderer's Log.
• In-app purchases (Uncle Fu's Bazaar) are final and are managed through the corresponding app store.

Intellectual Property

All content in MING (design, illustrations, Master Zhi's texts, iconography, emojis, and wallpapers) is the property of MING App and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the content within the app for personal use. Reproduction, distribution, or modification outside the application is not permitted without express authorization.

Limitation of Liability

MING is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the app will be free of errors or interruptions. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms. Significant changes will be notified within the application. Continued use of MING after changes constitutes your acceptance.
